What to Expect During a Session

The Crystal Chakra Light Bed assists in balancing the chakras, removing blocked or negative energies, and promoting emotional release.  It enhances intuition, empathy and understanding of self and others.

This is a non-invasive and safe session.  You will be asked to remove your shoes, jewelry and anything in your pockets.  You will lay flat on a massage table with a pillow under your head and a booster pillow under your legs per your request.  Seven crystals that light up will be suspended above you.  The room will be dimly lit and soft music will be played if you like.  Most people express a sense of serenity and an increase in awareness during sessions.
